Last weekend I was extremely fortunate to be able to go and see Gilian Welch and Dave Rawlings perform live, at the Apollo in Manchester. And what a performance it was; an absolute pleasure to see two musicians perform together with such skill and harmony. The world can feel a very divided and confrontational place at the moment, and this performance served as the perfect reminder that it can also be the complete opposite.
